In the summer in New York, it's hot. Really hot. This homemade sparkling mint lemonade does the trick in cooling you down and refreshing your systems -- keeping you going all afternoon. Whether your enjoying the day outside or inside, you'll want a glass of this concoction by your side.
Muddle your mint leaves using a muddler, or use the back of a wooden spoon to mash up your mint leaves, releasing the fragrant oils that will flavor your lemonade.
Pour your sparkling water (store bought or carbonated using a SodaStream), lemon juice and agave into your pitcher along with your muddled mint leaves. Leaves and all.
Add plenty of ice. Stir well and enjoy!
