Bitter like lemon, sweet like sugar. This drink is full of surprises! simple syrup (sugar water) and bitter lemon mixed with limoncello and lemon vodka. This drink is festive and fun! Enjoy with friends or that special someone.

Directions
Add all the ingredients, except the club soda or sprite if you choose to use it, into a cocktail shaker. Fill the remaining space with ice and shake well. The sugar should be dissolved when its ready and the shaker should be frosty on the outside.
Strain into a martini glass, top off with sprite or club soda, and use the lemon peel for garnish if you want to get fancy! Serve in a chilled martini glass ice cold.
