I love making these morning muffins! They’re a healthy and hearty way to kick off the day and are so easy to make. Packed with healthy ingredients- you can’t go wrong! They also make GREAT desserts if you’re feeling something sweet. If you're treating friends, you can use a muffin tin & alter the recipe to fill the cups (multiply by how many cups) to serve everyone at the same time. Cheers!
Preheat oven at 350 degrees & spray baking dish with non-stick option.
Use a bowl and spoon to mash the ingredients together until they have a dough-like consistency and spoon into a small baking dish (cupcake tins work too).
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.
